Privacy policy

Last updated: 6 November 2026.

This policy explains how tuition enquiries and this website are handled. For privacy questions, contact Subhajit Jana using the details below.

Information you share

This website has no active registration form, account creation or online payment facility. When you call, email or message on WhatsApp, you choose what to share. Your name, contact details, class, board or exam, subjects, locality and preferred times help Subhajit Jana respond and discuss tuition. Please do not send identity documents or unnecessary sensitive information.

Course and resource searches

Searches filter the information already loaded in your browser. The website does not send search terms to a server, store them, or add them to the page address.

Students under 18

A parent or guardian should make enquiries and coordinate classes for students under 18. The website does not ask students to submit personal information directly.

Hosting and external services

The hosting provider may process technical information, including IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and protect the website. Google Maps loads in the location section and receives connection information; Google may use cookies or similar technologies. WhatsApp, email providers and linked syllabus websites handle information under their own policies.

There are no analytics scripts, advertising pixels or marketing trackers in this website’s code. Fonts and course photographs are hosted with the site. See the cookie policy for details about the map.

Use, access and retention

Enquiry information is used to respond, arrange a demo and discuss classes. It is not collected through this website for advertising. Information shared through phone, email or WhatsApp should be kept only for as long as needed for the enquiry or teaching arrangement, or where records must be retained by law. Contact us if you want a conversation or record reviewed for deletion.

Your choices

You can ask to access or correct information you have shared, request deletion where applicable, or stop enquiry follow-ups. Contact Subhajit Jana by phone or email. Requests concerning information held independently by Google or WhatsApp must also be directed to those services.

Privacy concerns

For a privacy complaint or concern about information shared for tuition, email Subhajit Jana at the address below. Describe the concern without including passwords, identity documents or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Sharing the website

The Share popup uses ordinary links and your device's sharing features; it does not load social-media tracking scripts. Copy places the prepared website message and link on your clipboard when you choose it. Instagram also copies this message for you to paste. Choosing an external platform opens that service, which applies its own privacy and cookie policies. The website does not publish a post or send a message automatically.
